| Salt Lake City at dusk |
Today I were received a card from Utah, United States of America, from Michael. He sent it on July 26, 2011.
The card shows downtown Salt Lake City at dusk. Salt Lake City is nestled in the valley of the Wassatch Mountains with an elevation of 4,330 feet. Outdoor activities are popular here given the proximity to national parks and ski areas. There are also numerous cultural acivities including museums, performing arts shows and festivals throughout the year. Salt Lake City also hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Michael put three stamps on the card. Their picture are American Clock; Vancouver 2010; and Eid Greetings. I love and very appreciate the last stamp. :) It's beautiful.
